How long will it take to receive my order?
We use Australia Post for domestic and orders bound for New Zealand.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $150*. For orders under $150 the following rates apply:

Will I be required to pay customs / import duties and taxes?
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Sun Rituals is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from MailPlus with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your package.
PRODUCT
What are your towels made of?
Our towels are made from cotton, and feature a vegan-friendly sateen woven label. The majority of our towels are made of low-twist terry using a jacquard looming process, with results in a mirror image on the reverse side of each towel.
What’s the size and weight of your towels?
Our single towels are a 70cm x 140cm size. They’re absorbent but quick drying, which make them perfect for travelling or for taking on a morning swim. The Lagos double towel is big enough for two measuring 135cm x 150cm. Our Tecopa towel is crafted in a lighter weight 500gsm, the Cyclades Towel is in 550gsm our Saturnia and Lagos towels are available in a 600gsm weight.
Where are they made?
Our products are designed in a small studio on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and then brought to life by a supplier based in Guangdong, China. They’ve been operating since 1956 and they value providing a safe, healthy and fair working environment for their workers. You can read more about our supplier accreditation here.
CARE
How should I wash and dry my towels?
We recommend machine washing using a cold or warm gentle cycle. We suggest using a biodegradable detergent to reduce the chemical impact on our waterways.
Depending on your preference we recommend either line drying in shade, or using a warm tumble dryer which will keep your towels super soft.
What should I do if my towel gets a pull?
The nature of the terry loop may result in occasional thread pulls. We suggest trimming the loose thread close to the base of the towel. It should not unravel further.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods inclusive of Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. All prices are in AUD.
Can I use promotion codes on sale items?
Promotion codes can only be used on full priced items.

Can I change my order?
Sun Rituals is generally unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed, as we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us as soon as you realise your error in order or delivery address and we’ll do our best to make any changes prior to dispatch.
