Shipping and Returns
All orders are dispatched by our team in Sydney.
We charge a flat fee of $10 for domestic standard shipping and $15 for express.
We do ship internationally upon request.
We know how difficult it can be to shop online, so we offer a strict 14 day return or exchange period. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered - in the packaging and with the swing tag attached.
To lodge a return please email us at hello@sunrituals.com.au with your order number and we'll initiate the return. We'll provide the return instructions and address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any change of mind purchase. We will refund you the cost of shipping for any returns deemed faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your return is not lodged within 14 days of receiving the item, then you will be entitled to a credit or exchange for a further 14 days. After 28 days you will not be entitled to any refund, credit or exchange.
